Why can’t i log in?
- Have you checked the spelling of your email address and password?
- If you are logging in with Google or Facebook, please select these options on the login page.
- Make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser.
- Make sure you have your ad blocker disabled for Petwise.
How do i change my registered email address?
- You can change this via your profile, an email will be sent to the new email address to confirm the change.
- You can also contact our live chat support team who will be happy to do this for you.
