If you have received an email or text message informing you that you have messages waiting and you can’t see them, please check the following:
- Do you have more than one account and have you logged in to the correct one?
- Check your deleted messages folder in case you have accidentally removed messages yourself (you can click undelete on the message to move it back to your inbox).
If neither of these are helpful, it may be that the message was marked as spam and removed by Petwise, which may be done to keep the site and yourself safe.
If you have received a message you think maybe spam, click the “mark as spam” button to alert Petwise support and help us to identify these types of message earlier in future.
